GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. The Giveaway is open to worldwide to aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Canada and any other country where the Giveaway would be void or illegal are excluded. 

2. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Rimowa, Instagram or any other brands referenced. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Rimowa, Instagram or any other third parties and that these brands have no liability for any element of this Giveaway. By submitting your information and creating an account on Instagram, you agree to Instagram’s Platforms terms of use and privacy notice.  

3. No purchase necessary. To enter, you must

  • Tag mention your Summer Vacay bestie in the Instagram Giveaway post
  • Follow @cocoandeve on Instagram
  • Like the Instagram Giveaway post
  • On the directed landing page, enter your email address and other required details.

By entering the Giveaway you will be subscribed to receive our marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on any marketing emails you receive. 

4. All entries must be submitted by 23:59 British Summer Time (BST) on 11 June 2023 (the “Closing Date”). One entry per email address. Entries received after 23:59 BST on the Closing Date will not be valid.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind.

6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computerised Random Generator by 15 June 2023.

7. The winner will receive the following prizes (total value up to £1,765): a Rimowa Cabin Luggage in Slate Gloss and products including:

    8. The winner will be announced on 15 June 2023 (using details provided when you entered the Giveaway. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of being notified twice by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

    9. The prizes will be sent to the winner by post within thirty (30) days of being notified of their win.

    10. The prizes for the winner are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

    11. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

    12.The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

    13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

    14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.

    15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

      16. Personal data supplied during the course of this Giveaway will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. 

      17. These terms and conditions and this Giveaway are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Prize Giveaway wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
