Bali Beauty Club Terms and Conditions

1. Bali Beauty Club Membership & Eligibility

The Bali Beauty Club is a fantastic rewards club offered by Supernova Pte Limited (trading as "Coco & Eve") to customers ordering from the international website (int.cocoandeve.com) or from any of our local websites (excluding France, Germany and Malaysia) (the Participating Website(s)). Membership to the Bali Beauty Club ("Bali Beauty Club Membership") is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Coco & Eve and its affiliates are eligible for Bali Beauty Club Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions. You must be 18 years or older and ordering through a Participaing Website to be eligible for Bali Beauty Club Membership. By submitting an application for membership to Bali Beauty Club, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). 

2. Earning and Redeeming Bali Beauty Club Rewards

Bali Beauty Club Membership gives you access to; 

• Earning points to be used towards Coco & Eve purchases - points can be earned in a number of ways including joining the Bali Beauty Club, purchasing products through a Participating Website Countries and making a qualifying product review.
• For online purchases, you must ensure that you are logged in to your Coco & Eve Account at the point of purchase to have any points credited.
• Points can also be earned in other ways as listed on the Bali Beauty Club Site, at the rate specified, subject to the Terms and any further details as set out on the Bali Beauty Club Site from time to time. Coco & Eve may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify this list at any time in its sole discretion. Please check the Bali Beauty Club Site regularly for updates.
• Points may be redeemed for rewards ("Rewards") subject to these Terms and further details set out on the Bali Beauty Club Site. Details of the Rewards available and how to redeem these Rewards are available in the My Rewards section in your Bali Beauty Club account, including any limits or conditions on redeeming Rewards.
• Points may be redeemed for Rewards to be determined by Coco & Eve in its sole discretion; provided, however, that in order to redeem your points for any Reward, you must accumulate a minimum number of points as established by Coco & Eve. [Need to specify any limits on redemption] Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for Rewards. Coco & Eve may, in its discretion, allow points to be redeemable for other items of merchandise from time to time. However, points are never redeemable for cash.

Rewards are available for redemption when you check out of the Coco & Eve website along with any purchase of merchandise from Coco & Eve at the time that you redeem your points. You must ensure that you are logged in to your Coco & Eve Account at the point of purchase, and select the reward before checkout. You must make an additional purchase of merchandise from Coco & Eve at the time that you redeem your points. Bali Beauty Club members are able to redeem no more than one of each Reward per transaction.  For Product redemptions you must have at least one paid item in your card to redeem.  For discount voucher redemption a minimum spend value will apply to be able to redeem.

Rewards are available with point redemption while supplies last and substitutions by Coco & Eve may occur. If your online order is not completed during the same visit, the Rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available. You are not required to redeem a Reward during checkout. Due to the limited nature of the Rewards, we regret that we are unable to reship Rewards if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one or if one is missing from your order. In the event a Reward arrives damaged, you received the wrong one, or one is missing from your order, please contact Coco & Eve customer service on hello@cocoandeve.com. Otherwise, Rewards may not be returned or exchanged. If a Reward becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Coco & Eve's control, Coco & Eve may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value. Rewards are shipped with merchandise purchases ONLY. The retail value of the Reward does not count toward Coco & Eve’s free shipping threshold.

Subject to the termination provision of these Terms points accumulated will remain valid provided that your account is active.  In the event there is no activity on your account for a period of 12 months or longer then all points will be forfeited.  To remain active you need to make a purchase or make a referral.  There shall be no extension of time for the validity period of any Points, and all expired Points cannot be reinstated.

 

3.  Referrals

You can refer friends who do not already have a Coco & Eve account or Bali Beauty Club account and earn the following:

4. Coco & Eve Lotus

Coco & Eve Lotus status is conferred on anyone who registers for the Bali Beauty Club members and do not meet the minimum spend requirements for Hibiscus or Orchid - please see table below for the tiers and requirements for each tier. Coco & Eve may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Coco & Eve Lotus rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Bali Beauty Club Membership, or any other feature of the Coco & Eve Lotus status and/or may terminate the Coco & Eve Lotus status at any time in its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. Please check the website regularly for updates.  

Please note that the French, German and Malaysian websites are excluded. 

 

5. Coco & Eve Hibiscus

Coco & Eve Hibiscus status is conferred on those registered Bali Beauty Club members who spend a minimum of USD$300 or equivalent on Coco & Eve products (excludes taxes and/or shipping) on the Coco & Eve Website within 365 days from their first purchase. Coco & Eve Hibiscus status is valid for 365 days from the date the Bali Beauty Club member qualifies; after that, annual requalification is required. Coco & Eve may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Coco & Eve Hibiscus rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Bali Beauty Club Membership, or any other feature of the Coco & Eve Hibiscus status and/or may terminate the Coco & Eve Hibiscus status at any time in its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. Please check the website regularly for updates.  Upon expiration of your Bali Beauty Club Membership tenure as a Coco & Eve Hibiscus member, and if you have not met the minimum spend requirement to be retained in the tier, you shall be downgraded to Coco & Eve Lotus status.

6. Coco & Eve Orchid

Coco & Eve Orchid status is conferred on those registered Bali Beauty Club members who spend a minimum of USD$500 on merchandise (excludes the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, taxes and/or shipping) online, and in Singapore Coco & Eve stores within 365 days from the time of qualification of the Coco & Eve Hibiscus status. Coco & Eve Orchid status is good for 365 days from the date the Bali Beauty Club member qualifies; after that, annual requalification is required. Coco & Eve may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Coco & Eve Orchid rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Bali Beauty Club Membership, or any other feature of the Coco & Eve Orchid status or may terminate the Coco & Eve Orchid status at any time in its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. Please check the website regularly for updates.  Upon expiration of your Bali Beauty Club Membership tenure as a Coco & Eve Orchid member, and if you have not met the minimum spend requirement to be retained in the tier, you shall be downgraded to Coco & Eve Lotus or Coco & Eve Hibiscus status depending on your spend.

7. Coco & Eve Birthday Coupon

Bali Beauty Club members will have access to a discount coupon for their birthday, the amount of discount will vary depending on status, see the Bali Beauty Club Site for details on amount.   The Birthday coupon is non-transferable, and must be redeemed within three months of receipt. You must ensure that you are logged in to your Bali Beauty Club Account at the point of purchase, and select the Birthday coupon before checkout and ensure you have reached the minimum spend amount set out below:

8. Other Offers

Bali Beauty Club Membership may entitle you to various offers in addition to Rewards. The details of these offers are set out from time to time on the Bali Beauty Club Site. 

9. Agreeing to Coco & Eve's Privacy Policy & Email

Coco & Eve values your privacy. Our collection of your personal information and how we use it is governed by Coco & Eve's Privacy Policy.  Details from your application for Bali Beauty Club Membership (including personal information) will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the Bali Beauty Club.

By submitting an application for Bali Beauty Club Membership, you agree to be bound by Coco & Eve's Privacy Policy, these Terms and online Terms of Use, and to receive marketing materials and other communications from Coco & Eve (if so agreed when you signed up to Coco & Eve or the Bali Beauty Club). If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they be discontinued by updating your Bali Beauty Club Membership profile at or by emailing us at hello@cocoandeve.com. If we do not collect your personal information you will not be able to become a member of the Bali Beauty Club. Additional personal information collected from members, such as purchase history and credit card information, will only be used and disclosed by Coco & Eve for the purposes of administering the Bali Beauty Club, internal analysis for marketing purposes, and as otherwise permitted by Coco & Eve's Privacy Policy. Coco & Eve's Privacy Policy includes details about how to access your personal information and have it corrected, as well as how to make any complaints regarding our conduct in relation to your personal information and how we deal with such complaints. 

10. Changes, Termination & Removal From Bali Beauty Club

If for any reason the Bali Beauty Club is not capable of running as planned (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), Coco & Eve reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the terms of the Bali Beauty Club including the Rewards and these Terms, or to suspend or terminate the Bali Beauty Club. In the event of such modification, suspension or termination, Coco & Eve will notify the members of the Bali Beauty Club via email and/or our website. Members will not receive any compensation from Coco & Eve in the event of modification or suspension of the Bali Beauty Club.
Any abuse of the Bali Beauty Club, failure to follow any terms of the Bali Beauty Club, Bali Beauty Club Membership inactivity for more than 18 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Coco & Eve, or fraud or attempted fraud, may subject members to Bali Beauty Club Membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Bali Beauty Club.
Bali Beauty Club Membership is non-transferable and Bali Beauty Club Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Bali Beauty Club Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled (whether by you or Coco & Eve in accordance with these Terms), or if the Bali Beauty Club is terminated, any Points in your account will automatically expire.

It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. In the event that the Terms of the Bali Beauty Club change, you may choose to cancel your Bali Beauty Club Membership through your Bali Beauty Club Membership profile or by emailing us at hello@cocoandeve.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coco & Eve will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Bali Beauty Club, including damages arising out of changes to or termination of the Bali Beauty Club or as a result of you redeeming and/or using a Reward. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the limitations on Coco & Eve's liability set forth herein shall apply whether for breach or repudiation of contract, or whether in tort, civil liability by way of negligence, gross negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. By agreeing to these terms, you willingly agree that you have relinquished your right to seek these damages from Coco & Eve and that this is a reasonable allocation of risk. Certain legislation, may impose consumer guarantees or imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations upon Coco & Eve which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified or cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent. These Terms must be read subject to these statutory provisions.

12. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, trademarks, patents, design rights and all other forms of intellectual property rights existing in the world) of Coco & Eve and all Bali Beauty Club content and all software used in connection with Coco & Eve and the Bali Beauty Club is the property of and are owned by or licensed to Coco & Eve or its affiliates. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights.Unless otherwise indicated on a particular part of the Bali Beauty Club materials, permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the Bali Beauty Club materials for the sole purpose of accessing the Bali Beauty Club and the services provided therein for personal use. Any other use of Bali Beauty Club materials - including reproduction, modification, distribution, republishing, transmission, display or performance - without the prior written permission of Coco & Eve is strictly prohibited.

13. Applicable Law

Unless required by local law, the Bali Beauty Club and these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Bali Beauty Club.
