Here’s why a sugar scrub is your secret to glowing skin

How to use a sugar scrub for glowing skin

Massage your scrub in circles from your feet to your neck, moving towards the heart to promote circulation. This means massaging from the feet to the torso, and from the fingers up the arms towards the shoulders. Make sure you show some extra love to dry areas like your elbows and knees. And give those problem spots (butt, tummy, thighs) a workout to get the blood flowing and help fight cellulite!

When to use a sugar scrub

Obviously, you should use your scrub any time your skin feels or looks dry, dull, bumpy, flaky or uneven. But, for best results and to reduce bumps and stretch marks, we recommend getting in the habit of body scrubbing two to three times weekly.

If your skin is sensitive, start by exfoliating your body once a week. And always do a patch test before your first use.
